With listening, I suggest in-ear headphones. More then that, I suggest you making your own tunes cause it's easy, fun, and a way more qualitative use of time then most other things. Also it brings people together and everyone can play in an open, supportive environment. Did I mention that you can get the apps on your phone right this instant? I use "Korg gadgets" on a iPhone 7 plus, with the AUM and AUFX plugins. Cheaper then going out to eat or getting nails done. More engaging. Longer lasting. Creative. Confidence building. A Good meditative practice for fine tuning oneself w universe anywhere. This is basically a guided meditation. Program yourself. You have full control of your destiny. Cut off from the sinking ship called culture and be the change you wish to see in every moment. If there is something you would like to see, get started with it. If it fails, try again or something else. Don't waste time beating yourself up, cause there is nothing wrong with you other then you are so unique and special, that it's hard for others to grasp. They get jealous and afraid of their own power within. Just keep going. Do what you love. Ask fo guidance and help from your past and future ancestors. Give thanks and praise all ways.
